Hi!

The entry in the SVN Add dialog is editable and even has a
"Choose"-Button, so it is no problem to select binary files there.
Anyway, we are constantly working on a better integration, see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=457477 for details.
