Hi Philipp!
Well, normally anjuta runs ./autogen.sh with --enable-maintainer-mode
when it creates the project. However, later on, in case you run
configure/autogen on your own it does not pass that flag. We should
probably automaticly add --enable-maintainer-mode to every configure call.
- --enable-maintainer-mode tells automake to add rules to the Makefiles
that they are regenerated once the Makefile.am changes.
Feel free to file an enhancement bug!
