Hi Henio!

Anjuta will remember you files if they are in a project. So, (when you
use automake), use File->New->Project from existing sources to create a
project from your files.

If you can't do that you could perhaps create a "dummy" project and open
the files. This will also remember them even if they are not part of the
project.
