[Anjuta-list] How do I create tags for a library not already in the global tags?

Hi,

When I try to create tags for a library not already in the global tags,
I get a dialog that says, "The "anjuta-tags" utility is not installed.
Please install it."

Can someone tell me where that wonderful utility is?
