Well, this mailing list isn't really excitant but that doesn't mean you
should look for others IDEs. I don't know what problems you had  with
Anjuta but it will not help your sourcecode development if doesn't have
a minimum knowledge of GNU build tools. You should try to resolve your
compilation problems in text mode using only the command line before. If
you can compile/build your project thus, you will be able to compile
using Anjuta too. I want to mean you should understand what you doing
and not to wait the IDE to resolve everything.
