[Anjuta-list] Anjuta glib error

Hi Guys,

I have installed Anjuta 1.2.4a on ubuntu 6.06 LTS, using apt-get, I am getting following error while selecting 'Auto generate' menu option for a sample program,

./autogen.sh

**Error**:you must have 'glib' installed.

you can get it from ftp://.....

I have installed libg++. When I issue 'apt-get install glib',  I get 'E: Couldn't find package glib'. Any idea, whats going on? any pointers would be appreciated.
