I ran into the same issue during a dist-upgrade (I'm on debian testing)
and got exactly the same messages before crashing; the only difference
with your case is that I've never tried to build and install anjuta-2.0.
I installed from debian-unstable and now I have a fully working
anjuta-1.2.4.

PS: when I tried to file a bug I discovered that there was already one
    marked as "FIXED"
