[Anjuta-list] /src/structure?

Hello,
How can I use anjuta with a project where I have a structure below the
src directory?
Like:
src/ui
src/recent-files
src/app
And is it possible to create a lib and a bin file from anjuta? Or do I
have to write my own Makefile.am's and disable them from the project?
