[Anjuta-list] Executable output in Anjuta

After I compile and build my program, I "execute" it from the pull down
menu, but nothing happens. If it is being executed somewhere, I can't find
it. I've tried messing with "set program parameters," but that didn't help
either. The only way I can run the program is in the terminal window, or in
a new terminal. Is this how the program intends output to be run?
