It already is possible. Just start the debugger and do Debug->Load
executable (this time load the .libs/your-progra). That's another reason
why we should keep Debugger->start for starting debugger only.

This, however, is not possible in current CVS becuase of incomplete
patch from Etmay.

Etmay, could you please see that the current fuctionality of
[debug]->[start debugger] is reverted to the old behaviour and
[debug]->[execution]->[run/continue] does what [start debugger] does now
(the way we discussed earlier)?
