[Anjuta-list] Anjuta 1.0.2 Features question...

Dear all,


Some questions on a little outdated version of Anjuta (1.0.2), which is
the only one existed in Debian-Unstable. 

1. When I do printing, can I set page number from some arbitrary number?
I need to attach my sources on some papers I wrote, and I like to have
its page number started from the last page of the paper.

2. Can I set the page number position instead of the default top-right
corner? 

3. Is there any easy way for me to strip out all comments in my code?

For info, I haven't checked out Anjuta 1.1.97 or 1.2 to see if these
features are implemented.
