That's right, 'cause 9099 is the blank line before. "diff -u" puts 3
context lines before and after the differences (whenever possible).

In this image the warning seems detected as an error, no a warning...
Did you install (make install) after applying patches? If you just
copied the new executable over the old one, the new localized messages
are not installed.
