Jean-Luc, it is a bug in your code. Please take a look at the documentation at www.gtk.org or developer.gnome.org. All these macros exist because C is not type safe. If you would like to use a type safe language and Gtk, take a look at Gtkmm (www.gtkmm.org) which is a C++ implementation.

I wonder why you didn't get the warning with older version of anjuta but maybe you have used an older gcc version or some flag which dissabled the warnings.
