[Anjuta-list] Class builder uses .cc extension by defualt

Is there a way to change the default extension used by class builder to
".cpp"

Also, what is involved in making a custom application wizard?

I've looked through the online documentation, the users mailing list
archives, and googled a bit, but couldn't find anything on either topic.
