[Anjuta-list] finding help

I have been looking for any kind of IDE for linux for quite a while, and the
one that interested me is anjuta.
I am very keen on using this as my main IDE, however I don't appear to be
able to find any form of help, except this mailing list.
I have anjuta 0.1.9 and the help button never works, I assume this is
because it is a developing project and therefore there is no point spending
time on things that will alter very quickly. Is there any other help for
anjuta out there, whether they be readme files or whatever.

Please help me find help.
