libzvt should have already been added to the linker flag if it is
preseten. please run 'gnome-config --libs zvt' and verify that you get
valid output.

If you get proper output, rebuild anjuta and it should build fine.
Otherwise, trace out why you aren't getting the libs, despite the devel
package being installed.
