[Anjuta-list] Can't get anjuta2 to work

When I try to run anjuta2, I get the message below and a rather
messed-up toolbar.

   Document-Manager
   Failed to make temp file - consider installing glimmer from CVS
   No available bonobo objects to open this file.
   Mime Type: text/plain

Following the suggestion of the above message, I downloaded glimmer from
cvs, installed it, tried to run it on its own, only to see the
following:

   GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager:
   Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication
protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.

   GnomeUI-WARNING **: Could not open help topics file NULL
   Loading font from preferences.
   Loading font from preferences.
   Loading font from preferences.
   Loading font from preferences.
   Fatal Python error: could not import _gtk
   Aborted

I'm running the RedHat Limbo beta, and have had no problems with my
legacy anjuta-0.1.9.
