Either copy the macros/ dir of the anjuta source tarball in ${prefix}/share/anjuta, and 
rename it to gnome, either do a symlink as this : ${prefix}/share/aclocal -> ${prefix}/share/anjuta/gnome.

The missing gnome directory only contains the m4 macros for aclocal.

Tell me if this works, or I'll find another solution.
