Sorry, I have seen here a issue but only in the saving and restoring of 
the iconify buttons. In fact, it looks more general. I will try to fix 
it as fast as possible. If it's too annoying, it is possible to revert 
the latest patches but I'm afraid, we need to go before the latest release.

I think I have fixed this one with a small patch in Anjuta.
