Definitely looking good so far, but I think it would be very handy if you could remove an argument by giving the argument string. Or a function which returns the position of a given argument. 

For a name, maybe AnjutaShellCommand?

You could probably subclass AnjutaCommand to do all of this. I already do a lot of this for the git plugin; maybe we could generalize the git code and call it something like AnjutaProcessCommand.
