Hi all! First, we still investigate if we can use libpeas. Second, using python and javascript in the same process does not work because of memory management issues as the bindings both use a different reference counting system on the underlying gtk+ objects. As such, we don't need a javascript loader as long as we decide to go with python plugins. Libpeas could replace at lot of code in libanjuta and not only the loaders. For the issue you mention in the documentation I had contact with the author and here is a solution for some of that: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=627338 Regards, Johannes
