I'm not familiar with the laptop layout but to see where the dynamic
row/header keys are, press Orca+Control+spacebar to open the
application specific settings for Orca; then move over to the key
bindings page.  The Soffice settings are at the top of the list of
available functions.  You might check in this dialog to be sure the
Orca key is indeed the capslock key; this might be set differently for
some reason.  The keys are definitely changable.  I just tried it here
and it works like other Orca key assignments.

Dynamic rows and headers automatically speak while moving around in
other cells on a spreadsheet or in a Writer table.  For example, if
you go to cell A1 and then press Orca+c, then any movements around the
spreadsheet would cause the current cell of column A to be spoken.  So
if you navigate down to something like G7, then the cell at A7 will be
spoken.  Think of Column A as a column header.  Orca+r does the same
thing but for a row.  It sounds harder to explain than to demonstrate;
you have to play around with them to really see their value.  I use
them quite often.
