OK, In lieu of any other way of publishing them I'll post them to this
list, I'm sure thos will get them up ASAP ;)

RE: hCalendar, I expect that the resulting HTML is embedded into any old
web page, this should be pretty trivial to do, however if it is intended
to be embedded into a web page then surely I should feed it an ics file
online directly, therefore uploading a new ics file to the server would
mean the hCalendar would be upto date.

I'd suggest php as the language to write this in, in that case, unless
there is another language you would prefer, I'm not sure what language
is used for guadec's site, if its python then I am happy to write it as
a python function also.
