gnome-keyring Right place to ask questions about a bug

Hello, 

There exists a difference in behavior between the C library and Python
bindings.

The python bindings were incorrectly generated, for a single method:

gnomekeyring.unlock_sync(keyring, None)

None is not permitted.

In the C library, null is permitted and activates the (safe) password dialogue.

I created a bug ages ago (I patch it locally, it's only one line) but
want if fixed for the world.

I don't know how to track down the developer who can make this happen.
