[Usability] Additions to nautilus-cd-burner's interface

I was looking recently at a number of different burning apps, and
realized how shit most of them are. However, some have good gui
concepts. I thus burned the idea down a simple bottom taskbar, with
the following three items:

1. A "burn" button
2. An amount of disk space used of total
3. Type of disk

I have filed a bug about this, but it is wontfix until we can decide
on something, so that a patch can be implemented.
