[Tracker] [PATCH] Misc + prepare for mingw patches

Hi

Call me crazy but I got tracker working on Windows using mingw :)

The patches in this mail are only preparatory in nature and does not include the actual patch to support mingw. I'll include that in a separate mail later. Attached are 5 patches, only 2 are directly needed to get it working the other 3 are some small things I found while porting.

datadir-trackerdatadir.diff: change datadir to trackerdatadir. datadir collides with some of the headers on mingw
shutdown-rename.diff: change shutdown to tracker_shutdown as shutdown collides with some of the headers on mingw

simplify-fam.diff: this seems easier to read for me
ioprio.diff: don't needlessly include headers we don't need
spelling.diff: spelling fix

All patches are tested against latest svn.
