So question, and this is something that's been bothering me, and it's been going on for as long as I've used Orca and I can't find a solution.
If I have desktop layout on, caps lock works as expected
If I have laptop layout on, caps lock does not
announce when it has been turned on or not, it merely is turned
on without any announcement.
Is there anything I can do about this in either Orca, or my
settings or a config file somewhere, because having sudden
capitals everywhere if I'm holding down caps lock to, or
example, review the terminal, is not really ideal. I'm on the
latest Orca-master with the latest Arch updates, I just did a
sudo pacman -Syyu before writing this
