This is really messed up. I moved the voices back and still all 
languages that use the espeak-ng library to get phonemes refuse to speak 
and show the same error. I had this working last night, but it seems to 
have gone off the rails overnight or some time today, and moving the 
voices seems not to have been the cause of this derailment. I'll keep 
trying to get it working, even if I need to reimage the server. For now, 
the languages I mentioned earlier don't use the espeak-ng library to 
generate phonemes, and they are speaking with no issues currently.
