The earlier the better. Ubuntu enters final freeze on Thursday, which means everything that gets uploaded 
from Thursday has to be checked, and double checked to ensure it doesn't blow up the world. For something as 
important as update-manager, it is vital that things do not blow up for anyone, when the fix is made.
