Bootstrapping the naming service

I want to use the INS (-ORBInitRef with corbaloc and/or corbaname)
functionality to lookup the name service w/o using the NS IOR.

I currently have ORBit 0.5.4.  Does this version support the INS spec?  The
documentation mentions something about the CVS head version but, I cannot
locate it.

Is there any additional info/examples using this method.  The ORBit site
(http://orbit-resource.sourceforge.net/) doesn't have much.
