I bought an "Aterm WL54SC WarpStar Triple Wireless LAN Card 54/11 Mbps"
from eBay for about $30. On the back it says "NEC AccessTechnica, Ltd
PA-WL/54SC Made in Taiwan". Plugged it straight into my Inspiron 4150
(Edgy) and it worked first time. I have no idea if this fits your
criteria or not.
