I totally agree.
Note that foundation-announce already have other administators, so it
doesn't need as much love from us as the other ones.

For the moment, I'm still administrator for membership-committee and
vote, but if a second volunteer wants to do the work, he's welcome :-)

I'm from France. Right now, we're GMT+2.
