The pangomm reference documentation should be in the pangomm tarball,
and the gtkmm reference documetnation should be in the gtkmm tarball.

I think that's the case already, but please tell us about problems.

The main index.html file is now only on the website, rather than duplicating it in every tarball.
We should remove that mention in the devhelp files. Would you like to patch that out?
