The latest version of glibmm 2.12:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/glibmm/2.12/
On Linux and Unix systems, the configure step would make this clear to
you. I guess that it's not so easy to show dependency versions in MSVC
++.

Fedora 6 also has glibmm 2.12, it seems, as I would expect.
