GOB 1 on cygwin

Hi,
I'm looking for GOB 1 for cygwin. GOB 2 is already ported to cygwin. Is GOB 1?
GOB1 configures without any problem on cygwin, but if you build it
whit make you get two interger overflows. Is there a diffrence between
a integer on cygwin and a integer on linux?
