Yup. Unless I am mistaken, there are plans or ongoing efforts to
reduce the dependency tree of the GNOME libs, and maybe drop or make
easily optional the little-used (?) CORBA/Bonobo stuff, so perhaps
porting GNOME apps to Win32 will be easier sometime in the future.
