CORBA warnings...

When running several apps I get a dialog box with the following error:

Adding client to server's list failed, CORBA error: IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0

Anyone know what's going on here and how to fix/avoid it?

It's not a Sun product called PCi, it's a product called SunPCi...
