And I also had the same problem. Make certain that you have patched your copy of VC++ 5.0 to SP3. Today, the patch is available from Microsoft's web site at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/downloads/updates/sp/vs97/default.aspx Tommorrow, knowing Microsoft web site, this patch may no longer be available.
