Sorry, forgot about this one.  This is in the pilot-link package in
Debian etch; to find it in Ubuntu 7.04 with pilot-link installed, try
 * locate libpisock | grep rules
then move the resulting file into /etc/udev/rules.d/

If anyone has made visor work with Debian etch or Ubuntu 7.04, please
document...
