Why not? I don't quite follow this argument. You are making the work of
the Khmer translators more difficult without a good reason. It is very
unlikely that they will start to work on other applications if that
means that they have to ask the developers of those applications to
commit their work. As far as I can see, Khoem has been doing a very good
job so far. So please give him an SVN account.
