You know, for those of us on the outside, this seems a really weird
little exchange. As far as I can see, Dave said something about 
"it would be best to have someone on the ground", which seems a 
unexceptional remark, and you're really laying into him. 

Is there some background to this, or are you just having a bad 
email day?
