Use a DavMail gateway: 

   http://davmail.sourceforge.net/

I use IMAP to an Exchange cluster server, but use DavMail for calendar
and contacts to the same server. It works very well.

(The DavMail gateway connects to an Exchange server and provides a
CalDAV & LDAP interface to the calendar and contacts which Evo can
consume natively.  It also can do mail, but you can easily turn it off)
