[Evolution] Editor word wrap

Evolution 1.4.4.  The built in editor automatically wraps lines at
around 50 characters.  I've searched through the configuration and can't
seem to find a setting to change it.  Am I missing it, is there perhaps
an undocumented key, or am I simply stuck with it?  (I believe this is
only the on-screen display in the editor.  I believe the actual email
goes out without embedded carriage returns other than at the end of the
paragraph.)
