[Evolution] Compiling errors...

I grabbed the dependencies for evolution off the helixcode website, as
well as evolution .31.  When i compile, though, I get a ton of errors from
e-shell.c, main.c, and e-shell-view.c, all saying something like
"undefined reference to 'gconf_***'" with different portions of gconf in
place of the stars.  Could this be because I installed .7 rather than .6
of gconf?  I can't figure out where i went wrong.
