Slightly strange, but then the fr docs got an overhaul since 0.96.1, and
I might never have done a make distclean and seen what happened. I
think the binary itself is made by this point, though I'm not sure about
app/run_dia.sh (which sets up some things to run out of the source
directory instead of the installed libraries).

That's what I usually do, so it should be right.
