[Banshee-List] Patch Review Process

Hi All,

We would like to ask everyone who has a patch they wish to commit/have
committed to follow the new guidelines described here:

http://banshee-project.org/Developers/Patches

Essentially this just means opening a bug, attaching the patch, and
waiting for a resolution from a maintainer.

Patch discussion should happen on the bug, not the mailing list, though
the mailing list should be used to alert others that a patch needs
reviwing/discussion/etc.
