It works nicely in Apache - I have several modules that use it
(XML applications platform, markup analysis application,
SAX-based output filters, XSLT output filter).  It works well
by building everything dynamically, and loading it with

LoadFile        /usr/local/lib/libxml2.so
LoadModule      foo_module      modules/mod_foo.so

I'll be talking about this in my presentation at ApacheCon on Nov. 18th.
