Important! The flags have changed

Extremely important!

To make room for bits and to convert it to a 16 bit integer, I decided
to move the flag bits of headers around.

This DOES mean that your cache directory is now invalid (ESPECIALLY when
it comes to the flags).

You can or remove all summary.mmap files, or you can simply remove your
cache directory (or you will have funny flags, and this might actually
delete messages without you knowing that. The deletion flag, however,
was not changed in value. So it should not be that bad).
