There's no underlying regex issue, it's just that the string we
previously used as a printf format contained URI-escaped filenames, so
in some locales that resulted in strings like "file:///home/prahal/T%C3%
A9l%C3%A9chargements" confusing the printf.

I pushed the patch to master now.
