[pinpoint] [PATCH] Improved programming presentations in pinpoint

Hi All,

I added the ability to the contents of files and the stdout of commands
as slide content in pinpoint.

The benefit of this is (at least in the latter case), the ability to get
magic source code highlighted slides without having to write then.

I used this in a few "introduction to programming" talks. A better
